El Cajon Boulevard Design Committee meets on the second Wednesday of every month.
Board member Polly Gillette chairs the meetings. Issues relating to The Mid
City Landscape Maintenance District, the Storefront Improvement Program, urban
design, and new development in the district are discussed.
